Legacy Education Scholar
Graduating high-school senior through junior in college
Legacy Entrepreneur Fellow
Under age 35 at the application deadline.
Two paths. One Legacy Year.
One purpose.
The money opens the door; the relational investment is the heart of the program.
Businesses may change. Ideas may evolve. But an investment in a person can multiply for a lifetime.
The Entrepreneur Fellowship is not a bet on whether someone's first business becomes wildly successful.
Likewise, the Education Scholarship is not simply an investment in a degree. The Foundation invests in character, confidence, purpose, leadership, relationships, connection, growth, and the potential for that person to someday invest in someone else.

We aren't only asking, “What have you accomplished?” We are asking, “What could happen if someone invested in you?”
We are not simply looking for the most accomplished applicant. We are looking for character, integrity, servant leadership, purpose, perseverance, potential, willingness to learn, and someone who has shown that they will show up for others.
The 12-Month Legacy Year
June 1
Begin With Their Story
Receiving an award is the beginning, not the conclusion.
Approximately every other month
Legacy Coffee & Leadership
Six 1:1 conversations. Six different mentors. Selected for this particular person.
Ideally in September or October
Serve Together
To serve Him is to serve them.
The following year's Gala
Return to the Gala
The outgoing recipients then help welcome the incoming Legacy class, creating a visible passing of the legacy from one year to the next.
May 1
After the Legacy Year
The required commitment ends after the Legacy Year, but the relationship does not have to.
Volunteer Mentors
The Foundation selects each mentor intentionally after getting to know the recipient. There is no generic six-person curriculum.
A mentor's role is relational:
- Listen to the recipient's story and why.
- Share honestly from personal experience, including hard lessons.
- Encourage what they see in the recipient.
- Challenge them to grow or think differently, an accountability partner for 2 months.
- Connect them to a person, resource, opportunity, or idea when appropriate.
- Help them think about purpose, leadership, service, and how their influence can benefit others.
What We Hope Changes
By the end of the Legacy Year, the Foundation hopes to see:
- Greater confidence.
- Personal and leadership growth.
- Greater clarity about direction and purpose.
- A stronger ability to articulate where they are going and why.
- Meaningful new relationships and a broader network.
- A deeper understanding of servant leadership.
- Experience showing up and serving alongside others.
- Greater willingness to ask for help and make purposeful connections.
- A desire to multiply what was invested in them.
The Multiplication Model
