The Shaun Duvall Legacy Foundation was created to glorify God by investing in and developing the next generation of servant leaders and entrepreneurs through education, mentorship, relationships, service, and opportunity. Shaun believed in showing up for people, encouraging entrepreneurs, building meaningful relationships, leading by example, and pointing the credit back to God.
Our goal is not simply to preserve that legacy – it is to multiply it.

The Foundation may accept selected products, experiences, artwork, or services in place of a cash sponsorship when the contribution can meaningfully support the Gala, reduce an event expense, or generate fundraising revenue.

Goods or services contributions over $2,000
Exceptional high-value gifts will be reviewed individually so recognition and benefits can be tailored appropriately without automatically mirroring a cash sponsorship.

Why goods or services partnerships are structured separately
Donated goods or services help create meaningful fundraising value while allowing the Foundation to preserve cash-sponsorship and ticket revenue. Recognition and benefits are based on the accepted contributed value and are separate from cash sponsorship levels.
All auction donations must be received by Friday, January 15, 2027.

How Recognition & Benefits Work
Underwriting sponsorships receive recognition and benefits based on the Foundation's existing goods or services partnership levels and the accepted value of the contribution. Contributions valued over $2,000 are reviewed individually so benefits can be tailored appropriately.

Formation & tax notice: The Shaun Duvall Legacy Foundation is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Because Gala tickets, gifts, and sponsorship arrangements may provide goods or services in return, any potentially deductible amount may be reduced by the fair market value of benefits received. Donors should consult their own tax adviser. Donors of goods or property are responsible for substantiating the value they claim for donated property.
